Limo Service Dallas — 80+ Page Local SEO Build

Dallas ground transport is a brutal SERP — competitors have been running 24 and 25 years. I built the site’s entire SEO architecture: 16 city-level landing pages, a parent-child service silo covering corporate, airport, event and long-distance transport, and internal linking that ties the whole structure together.

Over 80 indexed pages competing against decades-old incumbents. Google Tag Manager, Search Console and Bing Webmaster all configured and running.

How I Did It

The Process

Weeks 1–2

Competition Audit Before a Single Page

The client already ran several transport sites, so the brief wasn't "rank us" — it was "where is there room". I mapped the DFW competitors, most of them 20+ years old with deep authority, and looked for the terms they'd never bothered to build pages for. That gap list decided the whole site structure.
Weeks 2–4

16 Cities, Chosen on Three Criteria

Cities weren't chosen by population. Each one had to clear three tests: was competition beatable, was there a genuine gap in coverage, and did the client actually plan to service it. That's how the list came to 16 — not a round number, just what survived the filter.
Weeks 4–10

Silo Architecture, Built From Zero

Built as a parent-child silo rather than a flat services list — corporate travel, airport, party and event, long distance, each with children beneath. Built from scratch, which meant no legacy URLs to preserve and no compromises inherited from an old structure.
Weeks 10–12

Internal Linking & Measurement

City pages linked up to their service parents, services across to relevant fleet pages. Then GTM, Search Console and Bing verified so the client could see what was landing. Three months start to finish, 80+ pages live.

What I’d do differently: I built all 16 city pages before publishing any of them. In hindsight I’d ship five, watch which ones gained traction over six weeks, and let that data shape the remaining eleven — rather than committing to the full set on research alone.

Party Bus Rental Pittsburgh — Built to Convert

A full WordPress build for a Pittsburgh ground-transport operator. The centrepiece is a nine-field booking form capturing passenger count, pickup and drop-off, service type, vehicle type and duration — so enquiries arrive qualified instead of as bare contact requests.

Alongside it: a structured fleet system with per-vehicle detail pages, dedicated service pages for weddings, proms and corporate work, and an FAQ section answering the cost and booking questions people actually search for.

  • Fleet & Service Page System
  • Mobile-First, Fast-Loading Build
How I Did It

The Process

Step 01

The Form Came First

Party bus quotes depend on passenger count, hours, vehicle and route — without those, every enquiry becomes a phone call to gather basics. I built the form to collect all nine fields upfront so the operator quotes from the first message instead of the third.
Step 02

Fleet Pages, Not a Fleet List

People shop this category visually and by capacity. Each vehicle got its own page with pax count, features and interior photos — so a visitor comparing a 20-seat against a 28-seat doesn't have to call to find out which fits.
Step 03

One Page Per Occasion

Weddings, proms, corporate and bachelor parties are different searches with different intent. Separate pages let each one rank on its own rather than fighting for space on a single generic services page.
Step 04

Built for Mobile Decisions

Most of this traffic arrives on a phone, often late at night deciding on an event. Mobile-first layout, compressed assets, and an FAQ covering the cost and cancellation questions that otherwise become calls the operator has to field.

Adura Beauty UK — Ranking for Commercial Keywords

Not every client is a local service business. This one shows the same approach applied to e-commerce.

A UK-registered skincare brand launching into a crowded market. I handled SEO and Google Ads across the Shopify store — keyword research, optimised URL structures, collection-page copy, product-page architecture and FAQ blocks, plus Search Console setup and tracking.

The proof is public: search “niacinamide serum price in pakistan”, “anti aging serum” or “face wash in pakistan” and the store ranks. No screenshots required — just look.

  • Keyword-Targeted URLs & Collections
  • Product Page SEO & FAQ Schema
  • Google Ads + Search Console Setup
How I Did It

The Process

Step 01

Ingredient & Price Intent

Skincare buyers search by ingredient and by price, not by brand — "niacinamide serum price in pakistan" beats "buy serum online" every time. I built the keyword map around actives and price intent, which is also how the collection structure ended up organised.
Step 02

Handles & Collection Copy

Every collection handle and product handle rewritten to target one clear commercial term, with intro copy added to collections that were previously bare product grids. Collections were built around what people search — sunscreen, serums, face wash — rather than internal product categories.
Step 03

Product Pages That Answer Objections

Product pages were bare grids. I rebuilt them with ingredient breakdowns, usage steps and FAQ blocks answering what buyers ask before purchase — is it for oily skin, will it sting, can I use it daytime. Those questions are the search queries.
Step 04

Tracking, Then Paid Cover

Search Console and domain verification first, then Google Ads running alongside organic — covering the terms the store hadn't ranked for yet while the SEO compounded underneath.
